All products sold by Only Step are non-refundable. Once an order has been placed and successfully processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Incorrect product selection
Failure to read product descriptions

Due to the nature of toy products, including hygiene, safety, and quality control considerations, Only Step does not accept returns of any products for the purpose of issuing refunds.
Notwithstanding the above, if you receive a product that is:
Damaged during transit

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.
To initiate a claim, you must provide:

Clear photographs or video evidence of the issue
Original packaging (if applicable)
Upon verification, Only Step reserves the sole right to:
Offer a replacement of the same product, or
Provide an exchange for an equivalent item, subject to availability
No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Replacement or exchange requests may be denied if:
The claim is made after 48 hours of delivery
The product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering by the customer
The product is not returned in its original condition (if requested)
Insufficient evidence is provided
Only Step shall not be held responsible for:
Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability
Delays caused by courier services or external factors
Any additional shipping costs incurred due to incorrect information or re-delivery attempts shall be borne by the customer.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Only Step shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products purchased.
By completing a purchase with Only Step, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy in its entirety.
